At BNL Custom Creations, LLC, we follow a meticulous process covering Planning, Designing, Building, and Installation to bring your project to life. From our initial meeting to the finale of your project, we’re dedicated to guiding you every step of the way, ensuring the creation of a truly unique and custom masterpiece.

Plan

  • Talk with the team about your must haves
  • Show us your idea board (photos)
  • We will look at your space and take measurements

Design

  • Work with one of our expert creative designers
  • Choose wood species, door style, color and hardware
  • Create and review sketches of the chosen design

Install

  • Each piece of your project is handmade and built to order
  • Develop a work schedule to ensure smooth installation.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR VISION

Each project begins with a conversation. We listen to everything you want and need in a specific space in your home or business. During our initial meeting, whether in our office, your home, or on the phone, our goal is to gain as much insight as possible to bring your project to life.

We depend on you, our valued customer, to steer the conversation and share your ideas, desires, requirements, and any relevant photos. Throughout the course of the planning process, we will use our experience to offer suggestions and ideas to help make your vision a reality. We will also take a look at the space and take measurements to gain a better understanding of the space we will be working in.

CREATING YOUR DESIGN

The design for your project is driven by our previous conversations. You will work hand in hand with one of our experienced, creative designers to produce “real life” sketches and drawings of your project.

At this point in the process, you will choose the wood species, cabinet and drawer style, paint, stain and hardware for your project. Every design choice you make will be applied into the sketches, providing you with a vivid preview of the final look and feel of your space.

We will continue to listen to any concerns or suggestions you may have and make any alterations necessary to transform your space of dreams into a reality. Once all drawings are perfected, and receive your approval, we seamlessly transition to the construction and installation stage.

THE FINALE

During this phase of the process, your project falls into the hands of our skilled craftsmen, where each piece is meticulously handcrafted in our wood shop. Once all the pieces have been expertly crafted and stained or painted, they are prepared for installation. At this time, we will develop a work schedule to ensure installation runs smoothly and you know what to expect each day we are in working in your space. After the installation is complete, we’ll take a walk-through of the space with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied with our work.
